Can I call my order in?

Yes you can.  Call Faith or Bill at 870-867-3209.

Can I call my credit card information in?

Yes you can.  Just click the Telephone payment option.  Then call Faith or Bill at 870-867-3209 with your order number and credit card information. 

Can I use my debit card?

Yes you can.  All you need is a Visa or Mastercard logo on the front of the debit card.  The debit card will be processed like a credit card and the payment will come directly out of your bank account.

How long will my cart hold my items?

Your cart will hold your items for 7 days.  However, because we have one-of-a-kind items, someone else can purchase the item and it will be removed from you cart.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship Priority Mail within the United States.  You should receive the order in 3 to 4 days.

We ship Air First Class to Canada and other International destinations.  You usually receive the order in 7 to 10 days. 

When we have Free Shipping - Orders under $15 will be shipped First Class.  You usually receive the order in 3 to 5 days within the United States.

How do I know my PayPal payment went through?

You will recieve a receipt from PayPal showing you have sent a payment to Blue Moon Crystals & Jewelry (faith@bluemooncrystals.com).

Why did I not receive a confirmation e-mail when I placed my order?

You need to complete your order by clicking on Place Order (top right corner) of the payment page.  No worries, your order is still sitting there waiting for you.

Why does my order e-mail confirmation say "Pending/Contact Merchant" under current status?

We were unable to process your credit card payment for one of the following reasons.  You gave us an incorrect bill to address, or you mis-typed your credit card information.  No worries, we will contact you by e-mail or phone for the correct information.  Please DO NOT send credit card information to us by e-mail - we will call you for this information.

Why didn't the PayPal payment window open?

If you have a strong pop-up blocker enabled the PayPal payment window may not open.  No worries, we will send you a PayPal Money Request for your order total.

You can also send money through PayPal to faith@bluemooncrystals.com, just include your order number.

If you prefer, you can call in your payment information to Faith or Bill at 870-867-3209.
